As all of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any other reasons except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@ikshitachoudhary.com or call us at +91 7840021994. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Sale Items: Please note that all outfits on sale are not eligible for cancellation.

Return and Exchange Policy

Note: For international orders, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. 

 Our domestic return and exchange policies are mentioned below.

General Policy

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns or exchanges for damaged and defective items only that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Sale items, accessories, and custom-made or personalized outfits are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ikshitachoudhary.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the original tags and invoices. 
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Process

Please note that exchanges are only applicable in case of a damaged or defective item. As all of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer exchanges for any other reasons.

  1. Initiate an Exchange: To exchange an item, please contact us at hello@ikshitachoudhary.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with exchange instructions.
  3. Shipping the Exchange: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the original tags and invoices.
  4. Inspection and Exchange: Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it. If it meets our exchange criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Sale Items

  • Final Sale: All outfits on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@ikshitachoudhary.com with images/videos of the same. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.
